Aether Collapse
—a poem where stars fall silent and bubbles mourn
The universe sighed in velvet tones,
A whisper through collapsing bones.
A shimmer stirred inside your glass,
As time and light began to pass.
No bang, no blaze, no cosmic cry—
Just vodka chilled beneath the sky.
Cassìs bled in, a shadowed bloom,
Like stardust weeping into doom.
A spritz of lime to mark the end,
A final arc no gods could mend.
Then bubbles rose like fleeting prayer—
Effervescence in thinning air.
You drank. You felt the edges dim.
The orbit slowed, the cosmos grim.
And in that glass, the stars withdrew.
The night collapsed… and so did you.
